One year training program has been successfully finished in May 2006. This program aimed on providing knowledge, skills and competences that will help young trade union leaders in CTUBIH to take an active and effective role and responsibility in the future work of CTUBIH. The program consisted of four international seminars and project work organized in four groups in between. Each group took one of four priority areas of CTUBIH as its study field.

The participants also had the opportunity to choose the advanced training conducted trough their individual tasks and project aside to the main group project.

The training program named Leading and Managing TU finished with the seminar in Sarajevo 22-25 May where it has been presented to the members of the Secretariat of CTUBIH as its highest body. They expressed their satisfaction with the results of the training program and wish to include as much as possible these young and skilled representatives in the executive and decision making bodies of the union.

All participants got certificates for this training by HUMAK, Finish Polytechnic that was partner in this project and responsible for the effectiveness of the program.
