Evaluacija Projekta sa HK regijom Agder og Rogoland |
Projekat sa najvećim efektom na unapređenje imidža STBIH  Projekat Jačanja i osnaživanja sindikata u široj regiji Tuzla projekat je dizajniran regionalno ali su njegovi efekti od ogromnog zna?aja za cijeli STBIH. Upravo ti efekti kao i konkretne provedene aktivnosti rezimirane su I evaluirane na Evaluacijskom seminaru ovog projekta održanom 15.10 u Sarajevu. Na seminaru su pored članova Sekretarijata STBIH te aktivnih Sekcija I aktivista STBIH iz regije Tuzla, priustvovali I gosti FIET Projekta, članovi Glavnog odbora HK regije Agder og Rogoland. Evaluaciju kao I sam seminar osmislila je Mersiha Beširović te je projekat kroz niz vježbi I radionica ocjenjen kao izuzetno uspješan adut STBIH u izgradnji imidža te visoko ocjenjen u smislu kreativnosti I planiranja aktivnosti te njihove provedbe. Fokus u budućim aktivnostima prema ovoj evalauciji bi trebao biti na povećanju broja članstva,posebno mladih.
Saradnja između sindikalnih podružnica jedan je od bitnih elemenata u svakoj internacionalnoj saradnji koju STBIH I Projekat nastoje ostvariti . Upravo stoga, organiziran je I pripremni sastanak I kurs za sindikalno povjereništvo KONZUM-a I COOP Norge iz Stavangera. Na ovom kursu kolege su se međusobno upoznali,razmjenili iskustva sa svojih radnih mjesta a kroz niz radionica I napravili osnovu za buduću saradnju.
Delegacija iz regije Agder og Rogoland je takođe rposjetila direkciju KONZUM-a,sastala se sa top BIh menadžmentom ove firme te I na taj način upoznala sa njenim radom I budućim prioritetima.Ova psojeta je istovremeno poslužila I kao učvršćenja prijateljstva dva sindikata čiji su izabrani lideri proveli pet nezaboravnih dana u Sarajevu I Mostaru uživajući u dobrom druženju.
Evaluation of the HK region Agder og Rogoland ProjectProject that promoted positive image of STBIHStraightening and Development of the union in wider Tuzla region is designed as regional project but its effects can be clearly seen on the general level of STBIH. These effects as well as the activities implemented as part of this project were evaluated on the Seminar held 15 October in Sarajevo. This seminar gathered the representatives of STBIH Secretariat as well as active membership and two section representatives from Tuzla region together with representatives of the Committee of HK region Agder og Rogoland. The seminar has been facilitated by Mersiha Besirovic and divided in several sessions and workshops. The conclusion of the seminar was that the project improved significally the image of STBIH and it evaluated its creativity and implementation as high level one. The focus in the future activities should be put on organizing more members specially youth.
The cooperation between trade union locals is one of the important priorities for the Project. Therefore as part of this study visit The Project organized the meeting and training course for members of TU locals from KONZUm and COOP Norge Stavanger. The elected representatives of the two locals met and exchange their experiences and their perspectives. The several workshops they designed the plan for future joint cooperation focusing on young members and their training.
The delegation from HK region Agder og Rogoland also met with the director of KONZUm BIH and gets acquitted with the company itself.
This visit offered the opportunity for member's inn two unions to meet and to spent some times together as well as to straighten the cooperation and friendship between the two unions.
