Mentalno zdravlje kao temelj opšteg zdravlja

Godišnja konferencija Sekcije žena STBiH održana je 13. i 14. novembra 2009. godine u hotelu Aquareumal u Fojnici. Ovu konferenciju je kao i dosada podržala HK regija Midt Norge. Učesnice konferencije dolaze iz svih pet STBIH regija i u dva vrlo ispunjena dana su uz pomoć dr.Jadranke Mikić, predavačice rezimirale dosadašnji rad te se osvrnule na čitav spektar riziko faktora koji u poslu kakav je onaj u trgovini ali i u aktivnom sindikalnom angažmanu izazivaju stres i napetost.  

The Annual Conference of Women's Section

The annual Conference of Women's Section of STBIH was held in September 2009. The conference was supported by HK REgion Agder og Rogoland and was very important for the continuation of women's activities. It adopted the new structure as well as new principles and action plan for the next period. At the same time STBIH Women brought decission to follow the new rules and principles of work focussed on regional activities,New leadership has been elected as well as representatives for COuncil of delegates of STBIH and bodies of the Confederation.

Samra Teskeredžić has been elected as new president of Women's Section.At the same time samra will be the First Vicepresident of STBIH 

Women's Section of STBIH dedicated its 8th March Campaign for support of Walk for Life campaign aiming on raising fund for the equpment needed in treathment of breast cancer. More then 3000 citizens of Sarajevo gathered on Skenderija on 05 April to support this initiative. STBIH however used this opportunity to promote the union and its activities. STBIH info desk was the most visited during the day and media paid special attention to this particular ino desk and STBIh Campaign Say YES for The Union. By this women showed how it is possibile also with limited recource promote the union and contribute to its development and media presence.

As part of this activity woemn had their annual meeting and agreed on plans and activties to be taken during the election year for STBIH.

2008 has been very fruitfull when it comes to the activties of the Women's Section of STBIH. Lots of activties have been implemented during the year thanks to the support of HK Norge. The major development has been made in the field of violence at work and mobbing, the project supported by HK region Ahder og Rogoland.

The annual conference of the Coordinattion Comitte of the Women's Section was held in Tuhelj, 24-26 November 2008 when the elected women's representatives evaluated the project implemented in 2008 and drafted a action plan for the next year. This conference has been supported by HK region Agder og Rogoland, that focus its solidarity action on particular women's activities in STBIH. 

Kampanja najavljena Danom ženskog osmjeha u Sarajevu

 Kampanja STOP nasilju nad ženama u trgovini najavljena je kako je i planirano 07.marta u Sarajevu organiziranjem Dana ženskog osmjeha ispred zgrade Doma sindikata. Kampanja je naišla na ogroman interes svih javnih medija kako pisanih tako i elektronskih što uljeva nadu da bi ovaj problem uskoro mogao naći svoje mjesto i u institucijama vlasti i zakonodavstvu.
