 GRUPA 4 DETU-a završila svoj zadatak

 

 Sample Image U sklopu trening programa DETU grupa 4 je svoj projektni zadatak koncipirala kao organizaciju Team building aktivnosti za svoje članstvo u podružnici KONZUM BIH. Ljetnji dan kako je ova grupa nazvala svoju aktivnost održan je 10. avgusta u Čapljini i ovom prilikom za izabrane radnike KONZUM-a organiziran je nezaboravan kanu safari na rijeci TRebižat. Ovaj događaj nabijen adrenalinom kao i uživanje u ljepotama rijeke i druženje nadamo se učvrstiće snagu koju STBIH ima u ovoj podružnici i osigurati kontinuitet ali i rast sindikata u ovoj firmi. Događaj je organiziran uz pomoć Sindikata trgovine PAM Finske koji je sponzor DETU Programa.

 
Collective Agreement for KONZUM BIH - Security for STBIH members

The Collective Agreement for KONZUM BIH has been signed on 03 July in Sarajevo. This agreement regulates rights and obligation for 1500 workers of KONZUM in all Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It has been signed for the period of 5 years and the part of the agreement that regulates the salaries, holidays and other rights is signed for the period of one year. On the same ocassioan a special Agreement of Cooperation between Trade Union local and the Menagement of KONZUM has been signed. This agreement is significal recognition ofr STBIH in this company and garanties decent work and rights of trade union representatives. This is at the same time unique agreement in commerce sector in BIH today.

For all STBIH members the printed booklet with the agreement will be avaiable trough STBIH and for other union members the agreement that regulates salaries is attached in Bosnian version.

After two years of constant efforts CTUBIh finanly launched Collective bargaining Process
After two years of constant efforts to bring employers on the same table CTUBIH finally launched the bargaining process.First meeting was held in the CTUBIH office on 2 April  and the process started in positive atmosphere and with promissing conclussions. Most of the articles of the Collective Agreement were agreed already on the first meeting and the constant disagreement points such as price of labour, benefit will be disccused on the next meeting scheduled for end of this month. The new Collective Agreement is of great importance for CTUBIH not only as an act by most importantly because it proves the legitimicy of CTUBIH in all service sector. On this first meeting both partners agreed to include mobbing in the agreement and this is clear result of the campaign conducted by Women's section. CTUBIH proposed number of articles promoting rights of young service workers which will hopefully afterwards open lots of new doors for CTUBIH.

The organizing mission in KONZUM continues. This step forward in the organizing efforst of STBIH is politically extreamly important. After then years of constant efforts and investing enourmious efforts and work, STBIH succeed in establishing its presence in West Herzegovina region. The number of close to 100 new members from this part of the country recognized STBIH as movement present in all parts of BIH and therefore unique comparing to other unions and organizations.
