Aktivnosti STBiH na polju neformalnog sektora

Ministarstvo finansija FBiH podržalo je inicijativu STBIH o načinu rješavanja pitanja legalizacije trgovaca sa svojstvom fizičkog lica u okviru organizovanih tržnica ("Buvlje pijace")

U vezi s tim, ovo ministarstvo smatra da treba ,privremeno, omogućiti legaliziranje lokaliteta na kojima se odvija trgovinska djelatnost od strane fizičkih lica koja sada nisu u sistemu legalne trgovine. Istovremeno podržava prijedlog da ova vrsta poslovnog angažmana tretira i registrira kao "samostalni trgovci" kao i da se taj poslovni angažman uz odgovarajuće specifičnosti vezane za taj način obavljanja djelatnosti uveže u sistem obveznika plaćanja poreza na dohodak a ne poreza na dobit. Ministarstvo prihvata da se ova kategorija zaposlenika uveže u sistem socijalne zaštite, da se utvrde obaveze plaćanja doprinosa za mirovinsko i invalidsko, te zdravstveno osiguranje uz odgovarajuće olakšice.

The trade union leadership of KONZUM was elected on the meeting in Sarajevo 19 September. The local TU Board has 12 members from all sectors present in the company. Izeta Nurkić from Gračanica has been elected for president and Goran Vujičić from Prijedor as Vice president of this local.

On this meeting the Collective Agreement for KONZUM was presented and it went for disccussion to the stores and working places with the aim to  be presented to the menagement of the company in November. besides this, the Board disccussed the priorities and gave mandate to CTUBIH to put forward these questions and ask for the reply from the menagement.

The constant topic on all the meetings becomes PPDIVUT organizing methods. The members informed about activties in KONZUm and "Buying" the membership with some misery "contributions" in money as well as about other undemocratic mehtods that this unions uses to steel CTUBIH membership. However this meeting once again proved the strainght and power that CTUBIH has in KONZUM,not only due to the great number of organized workers but more importantly due to the friendly and confident relationship that it has with its members.

The next meeting of the Board is sheduled for November

HK Norge invited Fikret Plivčić, in behalf of CTUBIH, Mersiha Beširović, in behalf of The Project together with  Bojana Percar, in behalf of CT Croatia to present the project activities in two countries on its annual Staff Conference held in Sanner, near Oslo 27-28 September. Prior to this conference this delegation had a  possibility to be present on HK Social Partner's Conference   with SAMFO, The Employer's Association where the forthcoing negoshiation proccess for the next year were disccussed.

These two events once again showed the continues support and solidarity of HK Norge towards the membership in Commerce trade unions in BIH and Croatia and gave the possibility for us to feel the familiarity and friendship of HK and to enjoy their well known hospitality.

DETU 2 held in Visoko

According to the implementation of the project plan, in the period from 27- 31 August in Visoko DETU SEminar 2 was held. As a part of seminar the  Project groups 1 and 2 met in order to start the planning of their project tasks.

Seminar focussed on development and evaluation of the image of CTUBiH as well as on strategy development and planning. As a part of this seminar a special training was organized for youth section members on School Informing issue. The next seminar is planned for the first week of November when the Project group 1 suppose to implement their project task - A Women's Seminar.

PPDIVUT is not giving up...neither STBIH!

According to the information we got from our membership in KONZUM stores in sarajevo and Travnik,PPDIVUT's team is trying to steal the members from STBIH by using desperate meassuress. As all modern and newlly estblished private "salespersons" in BIH, this union has offered "discount sales" of the membership.Namelly the amount of 1% nett,as it is in PPDIVUT today (which is something more then 7 KM) was offered to be half of the amount of STBIH fee ( meaning 1 KM) ?!!!!

For our members in KONZUM we do not have any particular message since their trust and confidence in us has been proven by refusing this offer imidiatelly and by informing our ofice about it. OUr members is very well informed about the practise in the legitime and legal trade union movement as it is STBIH. The membership fee is being decited by the delagtes on COngress and is regulated by Statute of the union and under no circumstance can be changed ad hoc, on the spot and not withouth the decission of the members of Executive Comitee.

However we have a message for PPDIVUT's Team:

We do not trade with our members! Our members  are also very much aware of their strainght and power and will not allow to be treated as discount goods!

In the future PPDIVUT should think over more sofisticated methods. The workers of one of the biggest and most influenced commerce chain in today's BIH deserve more advanced approach.
