There is Mobing in Commerce
Campaign STOP violence on women in commerce in BIH is framed by the Presentation of the results held on Friday, 28 March in Sarajevo. At the same time the brochure MOBING AND WHAT TO DO has been presented as a tool for CTUBIH members facing the problem of mobing in their working places. 70,2% of all those participating in the research stated that were victims of mobing in the last six months. This is however not end of the campaign. It will now continue with the education and information distribution on mobing, the results will be basis for structural aproach aiming on including mobing in the BH legislation.CTUBIH will also treta this phenomenum trough its system of Collective GAreements on branch and local level.

First seminar focusing on Information and Communication held in Goražde,14-15 March
As a part of Training program aiming on straightening the skills and knowledge of women’s representative in Commerce Trade Union of BIH , the first seminar was held in Goražde, 14-15 March 2008. The focus of the first seminar was on information and communication and how to improve it as tools for CTUBIH in the working place level. Seminar gathered 28 participants including 21 women participating in the projects.
The participants were offered with the basic information concerning the project itself as well as information about Handels, Sweden. The seminar was organized on “learning by doing” principle and participants trough several group tasks and exercise practiced their information and communication skills gained so far. The important part in this was presentation skills and how to transfer the information.
Representatives from Handels offered their experiences and practice in informing membership on the local level and by this gave the important input to the seminar.
According to the evaluation forms filled in by the participants the seminar was extremely beneficiary for the participants who benefited a lot from the number of workshops arranged. They also highly evaluated the organization of the first seminar. The full Project group's plan is attached.

Kampanja najavljena Danom ženskog osmjeha u Sarajevu
Kampanja STOP nasilju nad ženama u trgovini najavljena je kako je i planirano 07.marta u Sarajevu organiziranjem Dana ženskog osmjeha ispred zgrade Doma sindikata. Kampanja je naišla na ogroman interes svih javnih medija kako pisanih tako i elektronskih što uljeva nadu da bi ovaj problem uskoro mogao naći svoje mjesto i u institucijama vlasti i zakonodavstvu.

As the result of the conclussion made during the STOP VIolence seminar held in Tuzla in November last year and with the support of HK region Agder og Rogoland, Women's Section of CTUBIH is launching large campaigne during the March this year with the message STOP VIolence against women in Commerce in BIH. The camapigne will be launched on the Press conference planned for 07 March and it will consist of the Research on Negative Behaviour in working places in Commerce sector in BIH, awareness rasiing campaigne by billboards and promotion material, informative material on mobing and how it afects our every day life and other several events in the towns in FBIH during the all March. The aim of this camapigne is to prepare the arguments and the material for launching the initiative to include the violence in the present labour legislation.
