GRUPA 4 DETU-a završila svoj zadatak

  U sklopu trening programa DETU grupa 4 je svoj projektni zadatak koncipirala kao organizaciju Team building aktivnosti za svoje članstvo u podružnici KONZUM BIH. Ljetnji dan kako je ova grupa nazvala svoju aktivnost održan je 10. avgusta u Čapljini i ovom prilikom za izabrane radnike KONZUM-a organiziran je nezaboravan kanu safari na rijeci TRebižat. Ovaj događaj nabijen adrenalinom kao i uživanje u ljepotama rijeke i druženje nadamo se učvrstiće snagu koju STBIH ima u ovoj podružnici i osigurati kontinuitet ali i rast sindikata u ovoj firmi. Događaj je organiziran uz pomoć Sindikata trgovine PAM Finske koji je sponzor DETU Programa.

 The concrete follow up of the campaign of the Women's Section of STBIH STOP violence against women in commerce is today's prezentation of the Proposal of Law against mobbing drafted by STBIH.This proposal is going to be sent to the Parlament of FBIH in order to strat a proccess of recognition in the automn this year.  This will be importnat tool in the activities aiming to stop violent behaviour against commerce workers.

Besima Borć, president of TU Forum in Social Democrtaic Party of BIH joined STBIH in this effort. In her remarks on campaign conducted so far Mrs. Borić said: " This activity of the union roves that STBIH is introduicng the very new practice in the political scene in BIH and clearly showes that it is not enough only to recognize the problem but to work on it and to offer the concrete solutions and at the same time to cooperate with all those actors that can support and help the proccess of finding the right aproaches and solutions". 

The Collective Agreement for KONZUM BIH has been signed on 03 July in Sarajevo. This agreement regulates rights and obligation for 1500 workers of KONZUM in all Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It has been signed for the period of 5 years and the part of the agreement that regulates the salaries, holidays and other rights is signed for the period of one year. On the same ocassioan a special Agreement of Cooperation between Trade Union local and the Menagement of KONZUM has been signed. This agreement is significal recognition ofr STBIH in this company and garanties decent work and rights of trade union representatives. This is at the same time unique agreement in commerce sector in BIH today.

For all STBIH members the printed booklet with the agreement will be avaiable trough STBIH and for other union members the agreement that regulates salaries is attached in Bosnian version. 

Hundred years of Hk histroy will be celebrated with several activities this year and concluded with HK Congress in September. The annual delegate's meeting was held in Stavanger in region Rogoland and once again it proved friendship between Hk and STBIH. HK region Agder og Rogoland welcomed its project partners in Stavanger on this occassion. The beauty and great cultural and historic heritage of this city is just one of its great atributes. The hospitality of HK friends made this visit a unique experience for two representatives of STBIH. 

This visit focused on project plans for this year as well as on possibility for continuation of the project but visitors from BIH had a chance to meet with people in Coop Norge in Stavanger. This company that already actively cooperates with BIH is very interesting for BIH. On the meting with the Trade union local we felt almost at home:-) among so many people from BIH and Croatia working there.

Second LIFe - virtualni svijet nudi nove mogućnosti organizovanja

Jeste li čuli za Second LIfe?

Second Life(Drugi svijet) je virtualni svijet sa 13 miliona stanara i milion korisnika svaki mjesec. Hiljade nevladinih organizacija i udruženja građana su se već uspostavile kako bi organizirale sastanke tamo gdje geografske i finansijkse barijere više ne postoje a u cilju dobijanja vizibilnosti i kombiniranja STvarnog života za novim virtualni inicijativama. Second Life je jedno od mjesta na kojima je UNI odlučio pronaći nove načine pristupa kompanijama i potencijalnim članovima ali i pružiti usluge postojećem članstvu.

UNION ISLAND ( SINDIKALNI OTOK) 

Ovo ostrvo nudi mogućnost svim UNI članicama da: organizuju sastanke, prezentuju svoje trenutne teme i svoje kampanje, učestvuju na zajedničkim događajima poput Prvog maja, Dana žena i slično.
